Do you need assistance?
We financially assist clients with rent, electric, medications, heat, air conditioning, and gas. We also assist in unusual circumstances as they arise on a case by case basis.
In order to help you quickly and successfully, here is the list of documents you'll need to have ready for your application and then to make an appointment.
1. Social Security Card (For everyone in the household)
2. Photo ID (For the person applying)
3. Proof of Residency (Such as an Electric bill, Lease agreement current within 30 days, or other Official mail)
Pick up an Application
Once you have your documents ready, stop in to pick up an application and to schedule an appointment.
