G.R.A.C.E. The Greater Rolla Area Charitable Enterprise was created by the religious community in Phelps County to care for the needs of those in this county living in Edgar Springs, Newburg, and Rolla School Districts who are in need of food or financial assistance to tide them over temporary difficulties.
G.R.A.C.E. is an organization incorporated in the State of Missouri that was developed in 2000 to evaluate and respond to the emergency needs of individuals and families. Our goal is to serve those in need while treating them with the utmost respect.

G.R.A.C.E. will work with community resources to evaluate and respond to the emergency needs of individuals and families in Phelps County. Compassion and respect for dignity and privacy will guide us as we help secure personal, physical, and spiritual help on a short term basis. While helping clients achieve independence is the ultimate goal, we will help them meet immediate needs by enrolling them in programs appropriate to those needs. G.R.A.C.E. will be fully accountable to those it serves and those who serve through it.
